The family of Sheri Coleman has dropped the wrongful death suit against Coleman's former husband, Christopher Coleman, KMOV reports.
Christopher Coleman is currently charged with three counts of first degree murder after the May 2009 killings of Sheri and their two young sons.
What's the reason for dropping the wrongful death suit now? According to Sheri Coleman's family attorney Jack Carey, "the family does not want its lawsuit to interfere with Chris' criminal prosecution," KMOV says.
And what about re-filing the suit? KMOV says the family has up to a year to re-file.
