The U.S. Attorney's Office has announced the indictment of a fourth person in connection with the ATM Solutions robbery in Aug. 2010.
When he appeared in federal court today, Aaron Hassan Johnson, 21, of St. Louis was indicted by a federal grand jury on the following charges:
- One felony count of armed robbery
- One felony count of possession of a firearm in furtherance of a crime of violence
And what does Johnson face if convicted? According to the U.S. Attorney's Office:
- The robbery charge carries a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison and/or fines up to $250,000;
- The firearms charge carries a penalty of seven years prison consecutive to the penalty imposed on the robbery charge.
