First there was a bet from the mayor of St. Louis, Francis Slay, with the mayor of Arlington, Texas, Robert Cluck.

Then there was one from U.S. Rep. William Lacy Clay, D-Mo. with U.S. Rep. Joe Barton, R-Texas.

Then came a few more, which we've detailed for you in this handy chart, and will keep adding to if there are any more late-comers to the side-betting game.

We at St. Louis Public Radio have also gotten into the spirit. We've entered into a little friendly wager with KERA, Public Media for North Texas.

Jeff Ramirez, Vice President for Radio at KERA will send the St. Louis Public Radio staff some famous Texas BBQ brisket if the Cardinals win.

And, in the unfortunate event that the Rangers triumph, St. Louis Public Radio will send KERA's staff some famous toasted ravioli from The Hill.
