Police capture alleged 'Logo Bandit'

St. Louis County police believe they have captured the serial bank robber, the "Logo Bandit."

Authorities said Wednesday that 35-year-old Bryon Gullion of Mexico, Mo. has been arrested for the Jan. 17 robbery of Jefferson Bank and Trust in Affton. Gullion is in jail on a $50,000 cash only bond. He does not have an attorney yet.

St. Louis County police spokesman Rick Eckhard said he expects Gullion to face charges for several additional bank robberies in the St. Louis area. He is suspected for robberies in Warson Woods, Kirkwood, Des Peres, Crestwood and two in Clayton.

The "Logo Bandit" earned the nickname because he wore clothing bearing athletic apparel logos.
