St. Louis Public Radio is proud to sponsor the International Institute’s Festival of Nations, coming up August 29 and 30 in historic Tower Grove Park – and we’re seeking volunteers to help promote the station!
Founded by the International Institute of St. Louis in 2000, the Festival of Nations has become one of the city’s largest cultural festivals, showcasing entertaining performances across three stages, a wide-range of culinary delicacies, and even a bazaar, including over 30 ethnic booths so you can take some of the festival’s international flair home!
We will have a booth at the Festival and are looking for seven volunteers interested in joining us as we talk to attendees about St. Louis Public Radio! It’s a wonderful opportunity to support both the International Institute and STLPR.
Volunteers are needed for the following times:
Saturday, August 29
9:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
12:00 p.m. – 2:30 p.m.
2:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
5:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
Sunday, August, 30
9:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
12:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.
3:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
