St. Louis Public Radio’s Grand Center station has been up and running for over four years now, and still some members call it the “new” building. If you haven’t been to our station, or just want another up-close view of the inner-workings of your favorite local radio station, we’d be happy to facilitate a tour!
"The Ten Toe Express Walking Group reached out to us at the beginning of the year," says Front Office and Corporate Accounts Assistant Marquetta Anderson, who coordinates the tours and leads many of them herself. The Ten Toe Express is a group sponsored by Citizens for Modern Transit to help individuals lead healthier lives by linking activity, sociability, and exercise with the use of MetroLink and MetroBus.
"They were here about an hour," says Marquetta. Many groups come through, she said, and they're always excited to get a behind the scenes look.
