Little Country Gentleman is a unique model in that it is a restaurant in a restaurant. During breakfast and lunch the space is called Half & Half and at night, it switches to Little Country Gentleman.
The prix fixe (pronounced “pree-fee”) menu, in which there are set prices for various courses is unique, as are some styles of cooking food, including molecular gastronomy.
