The Online News Association Awards were presented on Saturday night in Denver and St. Louis Public Radio was among the winners at the 16th annual event.
The station received the award in the category of Planned News/Events for medium size newsrooms for the One Year in Ferguson website.
This caps off a number of national awards over the past several months that include the Peabody-Facebook Futures of Media Award for One Year in Ferguson and a national Edward R. Murrow Award from the Radio Television Digital News Association for our website stlpublicradio.org.
