Healing Legacies: Uplifting Black Maternal Health with Joy & Education
In honor of Black Maternal Health Week, Central Library is hosting Healing Legacies: Uplifting Black Maternal Health with Joy & Education, a month-long series dedicated to supporting and celebrating Black mothers, expecting families, and parents. This engaging program lineup includes a prenatal movement class, a babywearing dance session, a workshop with a pelvic floor therapist, and more. Designed to create a safe, supportive, and uplifting space, this series offers valuable resources, expert-led discussions, and opportunities for connection around the perinatal journey. All are welcome to join us in fostering education, empowerment, and joy in maternal health!
