Mayors across the country have wrapped up their weekend Conference in Denver. The city leaders have discussed everything from homeland security, to fiscal budget problems facing all cities, to West Nile Virus.
St. Louis Mayor Francis Slay was there, and spoke by phone Monday with KWMU's Tom Weber about the conference.
