The debate over concealed weapons isn't confined to just Missouri. Illinois is one of a handful of states that still ban the hidden guns, but there's an effort underway to change that.
As Illinois Public Radio's Maria Hickey reports, a lawmaker from northern Illinois wants to allow retired police and military officials in the state to carry concealed weapons.
