St. Louis, MO – Governor-elect Matt Blunt is not the only Missouri politician getting a new job title. Each party will have new leaders in both the Missouri House and Senate next year.
KWMU's Tom Weber recently spoke with all four new legislative leaders. The first of those interviews features the new leader in the Senate, Kirkwood Republican Mike Gibbons.
Gibbons says he hopes there will be fewer of the battles, filibusters, and delay tactics next year that slowed work in the Senate this year.
