St. Louis, MO – The Chairman of St. Louis-based Engineered Support Systems is stepping down from that position.
Michael Shanahan will become the company's non-executive Chairman of the Board.
Shanahan helped found the company in 1982. The maker of military equipment and systems has since grown into a billion dollar company.
Shanahan has been President, CEO, and chairman during the past 23 years. He'll remain a major shareholder of the company.
