STLPR Friends Board announces new members and Executive Committee

St. Louis Public Radio  announced today its new Friends Board and Executive Committee members. Joining the board for 2016 are the following individuals:

Rosalie Brasch is a former member of the Friends of St. Louis Public Radio.  She is an active volunteer with the Missouri History Museum and Reading is Fundamental.

Thomas Cohn is the President of Thomas Cohn Associates. He is affiliated with the Association for Advanced Life Underwriting, Million Dollar Roundtable, Top of the Table, Estate Planning Council of St. Louis, and the Psychoanalytic Institute.

Nancy Hawes is a shareholder with Polsinelli. She currently serves on the executive committee of the Women’s Society of Washington University and is the Board Chairperson of the Incarnate Word Foundation.

Charles E. Hoffman is the Dean of the UMSL College of Business Administration. He has served on numerous corporate boards, focusing on telecommunications and cloud service companies. He is also on the Executive Committee and is chairman of Advancement at Vianney High School. 

Diane Katzman is the President of Diane Katzman Design, a custom jewelry and accessories firm. She has been involved with philanthropic efforts of the American Heart Association and Susan G. Komen for the Cure.

Carol Swartout Klein is an author and community volunteer. Her most recent publication was Painting for Peace in Ferguson. She currently serves on the boards of Forest Park Forever, Great Rivers Greenway, Audubon Center at Riverlands and on the steering committee for Magnificent Missouri and Water Matters programming at Nine Network.

Kimberly Rayford is a research scientist for KWS Gateway Research Center. She is immediate past president of the St. Louis Public Radio Young Friends Leadership Council, and also serves on the Young Friends Council of the Missouri Botanical Garden and Cultural Festivals.

John Simanowitz is CEO of Integrity Web Consulting and co-founder of SherpaCRM. He currently serves as a speaker at the Washington University Skandalaris Center for Entrepreneurial Studies and as a mentor for Venture Advisors, Innovate VMS, and ITEN.

Robert Watt is the President of Strategy & Marketing, a consulting firm. He currently serves with Loyola Academy, Planned Parenthood of the St. Louis Region and Southwest Missouri, and is a member of the Public Works Commission of the City of Ladue.
