Jazz Unlimited for January 13, 2019, will present “The Brecker Brothers.” The Brecker Brothers, saxophonist Michael and trumpeter Randy have forged highly successful careers playing in a wide range of styles as performing jazzmen and studio musicians. We will hear them with their own groups, Horace Silver, Lynne Ariale, Don Grolnick, Kevin Mahogany, McCoy Tyner, Conrad Herwig, Gonzalo Rubalcaba, Paul Bollenback, Chick Corea, Pat Metheny, Herbie Hancock, Saxophone Summit, the Mingus Big Band and Lew Tabackin.
The Slide show presents my photographs of some of the artists heard on this show.
