Along with offering a collective verdict on who they want to occupy the White House for the next four years, Americans had lots of other matters to decide at the ballot box this fall as well. That was true for residents of the St. Louis region, who on Tuesday faced not just long lines in many cases but also rather lengthy ballots.

On Wednesday’s St. Louis on the Air, host Sarah Fenske went deep on some of the biggest local and statewide races and issues voters decided — and what to make of the results.

Joining the discussion were St. Louis Public Radio politics correspondent Jason Rosenbaum and University of Missouri-St. Louis political scientist Anita Manion.

STLPR's Jonathan Ahl and Jaclyn Driscoll offered insights, as did listeners, and U.S. Rep.-elect Cori Bush checked in too.

And the conversation isn't over. The talk show team would love to hear from you as this wild week continues: How does what you’re feeling in the aftermath of this presidential election compare to what you felt in 2016?
