The Missouri Department of Transportation is expanding I-70 to three lanes each way, with the first 20-mile section expected to be completed by the end of 2027.

The bills seek to regulate — or restrict — provisions around who can vote and how, the way votes are counted and other matters related to election security.

The 2-page proposal states that beginning in the 2026 federal elections, a candidate running to represent a congressional district in Missouri may do so only if they live in that district.

The industry group will pay out $418 million over approximately four years, remove compensation offers from multiple listing services and require multiple listing service participants to enter written agreements with buyers.

The bill adds other designated school personnel — other than teachers and administrators — to the list of employees a district may designate as a school protection officer.

The total pay for Choi, who serves as both University of Missouri's chancellor and UM System president, has jumped from about $670,000 to nearly $1 million over the last three years. But, the UM System Board of Curators has been discussing his raises in closed session meetings.

Traditional farming practices such as tilling and monoculture — cultivating a single crop — have come under fire in recent years for their role in harming soil and exacerbating climate change.
