Ed Martin was chair of the Missouri Republican Party, chief of staff for Missouri Gov. Matt Blunt and chairman of the St. Louis Board of Election Commissioners. He worked at the Catholic Archdiocese of St. Louis and for Phyllis Schlafly's conservative advocacy group Eagle Forum. He also co-wrote "The Conservative Case for Trump" with Schlafly and others.
