The public scrutiny of Jazz St. Louis President and CEO Victor Goines started after he rejected a T-shirt design of Keyon Harrold holding a trumpet and a fist raised above his head from local artist Cbabi Bayoc.

Native son Keyon Harrold is the new host of St. Louis Public Radio and Jazz St. Louis’ live weekly jazz show, The Next Set: Live From Jazz St. Louis.
