Loop Trolley Transportation Development District

Under a newly revised agreement, Bi-State Development Agency is required to operate the trolley four days a week through June 2025 — but will not be financially responsible for the project.

A proposal to accept an additional $1.2 million in federal funds to restart the trolley, and turn operation of the system over to the transit agency Metro, failed in October.
