Missouri Veto Session 2021

This week's episode features two guests on opposite sides of a Senate skirmish: Bob Onder, R-Lake Saint Louis, and Majority Leader Caleb Rowden, R-Columbia.

Despite the Missouri House taking action to override four of Gov. Mike Parson’s vetoes, the Senate did not, so the vetoes stand.

While Missouri’s governor vetoed fewer than 20 bills during the 2021 legislative session, House members are expected to take action against at least two appropriation vetoes.
