Across St. Louis, teachers found ways to engage their students online during the snowstorm.

This fall, educators are adjusting their lesson plans to make more time for social and emotional skills, after last year's pandemic-related closures kept many kindergartners at home.

A federal program called P-EBT could help cover hundreds of dollars in groceries for families with children who lost access to meals because they attended class online and not in person during the 2020-21 school year.
