The large white dove sign that hangs out front of the West County Center in St. Louis County is the focus of an art walk to promote local artists.

Judith Shaw found herself frustrated by the noise, dirt and traffic generated by the massive Centene campus expansion that's been underway for the past five years. But rather than let her anger simmer, Shaw turned it into art. Her new exhibit "fault lines" is now on display at the St. Louis Artists' Guild.
