Politically Speaking: Auditor Schweich On Gubernatorial Withholds, St. Louis Public Schools And 2014Missouri Auditor Tom Schweich joins us to discuss the results of his case against Governor Jay Nixon. Schweich had challenged Nixon's ability to withhold budgeted money, arguing that he could only do so if revenue actually came in lower than expected.
